Prerequisites: Algebra I, Geometry;

basic Trigonometry functions

Upon successful completion of this course, your child will be very well-prepared for his college physics course. She/he will learn the following:

• methods and concepts of general physics

• emphasizing vector analysis

• one-dimensional and two-dimensional motion

• Newton’s laws and their application

• gravity

• work and energy

• momentum

• periodic motion

• waves

• optics

• electrostatics

• electrodynamics

• electrical circuits

• magnetism

 This is a lab science and laboratory activities will be done in class.
